Qualified Platform Setup

The Qualified Platform underpins the entire Qualified product suite so you can automatically identify, engage, and convert your most valuable website visitors into immediate pipeline. Below are the steps to get started on setting up the Qualified Platform.

Installing the Qualified Javascript

The JavaScript snippet is a small piece of code that recognizes visitors, communicates to the Qualified application, and takes appropriate actions. When you initially add the Qualified JavaScript to your site, there's no visible change on your website, but we will be able to start identifying visitors on your website.

Customize the Messenger

The Qualified messenger is what visitors see when engaging with Qualified Conversations, Chatbots, and Meetings. Customize your messenger’s appearance to match your brand's colors, fonts, and logo.

Live View Block List

If you have a web application on your website and you'd prefer your reps didn't see the activity of your visitors while they use your application, you can add your pages to the Live View Block List in Settings -> Setup. You can add domains, subdomains, and subpages. These pages will not be visible in the Live View in Qualified.

Add Privacy Policy Disclosure

Your company's website visitors have rights under privacy laws, so it's important to add a customized Privacy Policy Disclosure to the Qualified Messenger.

Add Content for Qualified AI

Begin enabling Qualified AI by adding Content to the AI Settings, and testing the Answers to your company's top 15-20 sales related questions all SDRs should know.

Activate Qualified Signals

Qualified Signals illuminates which target accounts have the highest purchase intent so your sales reps know where to focus their time. We present two types of proprietary buying interest data, Engagement Intent and Research Intent, in the Account 360 and account lists to equip your team.

To activate Qualified Signals and start collecting actionable data on your website visitors, setup Engagement Signals Settings and Research Signals Settings.

Connect to Salesforce

One of the very first steps to getting set up with Qualified is to connect to your Salesforce org. This is not only going to allow for you to map over your visitor fields to create new Leads, but will also allow you to pull information from Salesforce to personalize your visitor's experiences.

Additional Integrations & API

In addition to Salesforce, we integrate with a number of different platforms and tools your sales and marketing teams use to help generate Pipeline. By connecting those tools to Qualified, you can further customize the visitor's experience when they arrive on your website.

User Management

Within Qualified's settings, admins have the ability to manage chat users, Meetings users, and other admins. Specifically, admins can invite new users (via email or Salesforce), customize user permissions, view calendar and Salesforce connections, change roles, and resend calendar invites.

Enterprise SSO

That’s why we offer SSO (single sign-on) through multiple Identity Providers (IdP)—including Okta, Azure, and OneLogin. Qualified’s enterprise SSO helps your team access Qualified through a single entry point and gives IT complete control.
