Auto Pounce and AI Copilot are powerful tools in Qualified's platform, designed to enhance sales reps’ efficiency and streamline live conversations. These tools help reps engage visitors faster, craft high-quality responses, and maintain on-brand messaging effortlessly.

Qualified provides two main products to assist your sales team:

  1. Auto Pounce: Automatically initiates conversations with visitors on behalf of a sales rep using eye-catching greetings and follow-up nudges, ensuring every visitor is promptly engaged.
  2. AI Copilot: A suite of AI-driven tools designed to support reps in creating polished, effective, and personalized responses in real time. AI Copilot includes:
    • AI Suggest: AI-powered recommendations for response suggestions.
    • AI Expand: Expands shorthand notes or bullet points into professional messages.
    • AI Tune: Adjusts tone, corrects grammar, and ensures responses align with the conversation’s flow.

Auto Pounce

What is Auto Pounce?

Auto Pounce uses Qualified AI to initiate conversations on behalf of the sales rep, greeting visitors proactively with an initial pounce message and a secondary nudge. This feature simulates a rep’s presence, ensuring timely engagement, even when reps are focused on other tasks.

Key Features

  • Mimics an available rep to initiate conversations.
  • Sends automatic pounce greetings and follow-up nudges based on visitor activity.
  • Follows your existing conversation routing rules to assign visitors to the appropriate reps.

How to Enable Auto Pounce

  1. Navigate to Settings → AI Studio → Pounce.
  2. Configure General pounce settings by selecting the contents to include in pounce messages.
    • Use the Example Message Simulator to preview and refine messages.
  3. Scroll to the Auto Pounce section and:
    • Set exclusions for specific visitor segments or conditions (e.g., visitors already engaged).
    • Define the Auto Pounce delay to allow visitors time to interact with the Messenger Greeting.
    • Configure missed response settings to handle situations where reps fail to respond in time.
  4. Then, navigate to Settings → Conversations → Streams.
  5. Turn ON the streams that should be enabled for Auto Pounce and Save.

AI Copilot

What is AI Copilot?

AI Copilot is a suite of tools designed to assist reps during live conversations by enhancing their messaging capabilities. These features enable reps to respond quickly, accurately, and in alignment with your company’s tone and values.

AI Copilot Features

  1. AI Suggest:
    • Provides AI-driven recommendations for conversation responses.
    • Ensures messages stay on-brand and relevant.
  2. AI Expand:
    • Converts shorthand notes or bullet points into polished responses.
    • Saves time while maintaining professionalism.
  3. AI Tune:
    • Corrects grammar and spelling errors.
    • Allows reps to adjust the tone of messages to fit the conversation context.

  2. Click +Add content to add your website.
