Update Your Profile

Update your Personal information in Qualified to let website visitors know who they are live chatting or booking a meeting with. Visitors are more likely to engage when they know you’re not a bot!

Go to Settings → Me  → Profile to update the following:

• Upload a Photo
• Add your Name and Job Title
• Add your Phone Number (Optional)
• Select your Local Time Zone

Upload a Photo

Upload a professional photo of yourself so website visitors can see who they are chatting or booking a meeting with.

• Click the pencil icon.
• Click Select File.
• Choose a JPG or PNG image.
• Click Done.

Add your Name and Job Title

Add your First name and Last name, and also add your Job title. All of these will be visible to visitors, so be thoughtful about what you share.

Add your photo to appear more approachable and show personality with the Job Title field. Rather than your actual title, try “Give me a 😂 for a joke!” or “Human here.”

Add your Phone Number

You may optionally add your phone number to your Qualified Profile. It will not be shown to visitors, but it will allow you to accept voice calls via your phone.

Select your Local Time Zone

Select your local time zone in your Qualified Profile. Make sure it matches your time zone set in your Google or Outlook calendar and Salesforce.
