Configuring Promoted Content
Promoted Content in AI Email allows you to include pre-selected resources, such as case studies or product playbooks, to enrich Email Campaigns with valuable and relevant information. These resources help engage recipients and highlight key offerings, making your emails more impactful.
At this time, Promoted Content is applied across all email campaigns, and admins cannot assign specific content to individual campaigns. We recommend selecting broadly relevant content that resonates with multiple audience segments.
How to Configure Promoted Content
- Navigate to Settings → AI Studio → Content.
- If you have multiple AI Profiles, make sure to select the one that will be used in the Email Campaign before continuing.
- Using the search bar, find the assets you'd like to include and click on the website content that contains the URLs you would like to promote.
- Star the URLs for the content you want Piper to use in email campaigns.
- Examples include case studies, use case guides, and customer success stories.
- Save your selections. Piper will automatically reference these links when generating email content.
