AppExchange Chat gives you complete visibility of all your AppExchange visitors, all the time. This includes live data about who visits your listing and the company they work for.

What is AppExchange Chat?

AppExchange Chat uses the Qualified platform to facilitate live conversations and proactive meeting scheduling with prospective customers right on your AppExchange listing. 

If a representative from your company isn't available to chat with a prospect, you can route them to an automated chat experience or give them the option to schedule a meeting with your team.
