As you’re adding Piper the AI SDR to your sales team, it’s important to give it an identity that aligns with your company and branding.

Here at Qualified, we personified our AI SDR as "Piper," designed to be the ideal, always-on member of our team. When creating Piper, we modeled her after Blake, our very first SDR who set the gold standard for success here at Qualified. We equipped Piper with Blake's skills, tactics, and work ethic, ensuring she embodies the qualities of our top-performing SDRs, right down to her appearance. 

As you can see in the example above, your AI SDR will introduce itself to your visitors using the identity and tone you configure in Qualified’s AI Studio.
