Qualified AI is purpose-built for pipeline generation. This isn’t a generic chatbot powered by general purpose generative AI. Qualified AI is specifically designed for automating pipeline generation tasks and workflows.

Qualified AI connects, via our platform, into your GTM systems, people, and processes so that everything it does is an extension of your already existing motion. It’s goal-oriented and can capture leads, schedule meetings, and handoff to your sales rep accurately. Lastly, it has workflow automation capabilities to blend into your GTM motion.

How it works

Qualified AI indexes your most important assets — like case studies, pricing, or competitive positioning — then references this data along with context, a prompt, a persona, and Large Language Models (LLM). As it’s refined with feedback, the output becomes increasingly smarter and more effective over time, just like your sales team.

Content Setup

Within the platform's AI Settings, Content Setup is where admins can setup Qualified AI with content and resources to be like your best sales rep. You can add information from your public facing website or your offline content in the form of snippets. Our content types include:

• Webpage (Single URL) - index/crawl text on a single page
• Webpage (This URL and it’s subpages) - index/crawl text on a URL and it’s subpages
• Snippets - manually copy and paste content that’s not readily available online as a data source

Answer Testing

Also within the platform's AI Settings, Answer Testing is where admin can ask questions, star common questions, and view the questions AI identified in conversations with reps or with AI.
